David Rosen

David Rosen is the Executive Director of Partners in Transformation in South Burlington, Vermont. This ministry is dedicated to raising up an extravagant army of worshiping intercessors crying out for revival and societal transformation throughout Vermont and beyond. David is also the director of The Vermont Worship Experiment launching January 19th, 2008 in Historic Williston Vermont. David is also a psalmist and has been involved in music ministry for over 19 years. He carries a unique blend of passion for the bride, having a messianic Jewish heritage and a prophetic gifting to sing and speak the heart of the Father to his people. David carries a heart for the nations and has ministered in the US, Canada, Africa, Albania and First Nations people groups. He holds a degree as a Registered Nurse as well as a BA in Biblical studies. David is married to Terri Rosen who joins him in the ministry with their 13 year old daughter Nina and our 3 year old josiah
Cathy Dodge
Cathy Dodge is the Administrative Assistant for Partners in Transformation, an intercessor and psalmist. She holds a layman’s degree from Gloryland Bible Institute and served for 7 years in a New England regional outreach group, One Acchord, ministering to small rural churches and prisons. She has spent the last few years ministering one on one with the Holy Spirit and has a desire to see the calling of intercessor gain it’s place of impact for kingdom purposes. She also has a vision to see the calling of psalmist arise to the level of power God intended to break powers of darkness and interfere with weapons meant for the Body of Christ. She and her husband have made three trips to the poverty stricken country of Haiti working with New England and World Missions. Most recently God has rekindled her love for the First Nation people that began when she was just a youth and she desires to bring reconciliation and a true representation of God/Creator/Yeshua to the original stewards of this land. She has spent the last 20 years as an administrator working with medical practitioners. When God took her on a Spirit led journey through scripture, she became aware of the divine source of alternative and holistic forms of healthcare and how it could integrate with allopathic medical care. As a grower of medicinal herbs, she is currently obtaining an herbal certification. Having studied with herbalists, nutritionists and practitioners, she seeks to make viable and inexpensive alternatives available to the Body of Christ. Always deferring to God as the divine healer, it is her intent to challenge each person to change their way of thinking about their health and how they might steward the temple to live a long and quality life. She and her husband are avid outdoor enthusiasts and spend their spare time skiing and hiking in the mountains of New England.
Apostolic Oversight Team These have agreed to serve this ministry as an apostolic and prophetic voices of wisdom as we move forward into our kingdom destiny.
Jeff Collins Jeff is a minister of the Gospel that carries an unending passion to see revival fires burning throughout the world. Jeff has ministered in over 35 nations birthing many churches around the globe as well as witnessing the miracle ministry of Jesus wherever he travels. Jeff also operates in a strong prophetic anointing to speak destiny and God's redemptive purpose over individual lives as well over the corporate body.
Jim Maher serves on the senior leadership team and gives oversight to the Israel Mandate at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. He also serves as a congregational leader - teaches all day seminars – is the author of several books on Israel and the End-Times - travels conducting seminars.
Leo Suave Pastor Leo is a prophetic teacher and a true father who carries the Fathers heart for the Body of Christ throughout New England. Pastor Leo is described by some to be “pastors pastor,” ministering behind the scenes to many leaders throughout New England and beyond. Leo conitues to be a fatherly voice of wisdom and Love as we walk forward together.

To establish high-ways of relationships throughout Vermont as well as the nations of the earth, that are committed to kingdom partnerships with heaven and one another for revival and societal transformation in the land. To establish and serve in Houses of Prayer in Vermont, as well as the nations of the earth, by committing to prayer, fasting, the intimacy realm and the great commission. To establish high-ways of relationship, reconciliation and resources to First Nation people groups here in Vermont, as well as in the nations of the earth. To establish ways to serve the poor, the widows and the orphans locally and globally as an expression of the Father’s manifest love and compassion on the earth. To establish and serve apostolically those churches and ministries seeking kingdom partnership and relational accountability. To serve business and market place leaders with onsite spiritual consultation as well as focused intercession for their companies. To continue to facilitate and administrate local and regional gatherings for the Body of Christ.
